Delicate coconut cream is made from thickened coconut cream. It is a dairy-free alternative to classic animal cream. This product has a coconut aroma and a natural slightly sweet taste. With its 30% fat content, the product acquires a smooth and light texture after a few minutes of whipping with a mixer.

Directions:  For a fluffy cream, leave the henna in the refrigerator overnight. Then remove the hardened part of the mixture into a large bowl, and separate the liquid (you can use it for smoothies or something else). Stir the cream with a mixer until you get waves. If desired, add vanilla, powdered sugar or stevia to taste (liquid sweeteners can make the mixture heavier).

Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
